I can’t say that I make more than my bills cost me, we’re in a pretty even ballancing act these days, but I can see the load lightening. We both got raises and seem to be cutting back debt a bit. Also, I cannot stress how cost effective a simple programable thermostat is!
Anyway, I’m at work and, big surprise, I don’t feel like working. The plotter technician showed up today to fix our plotter. This should get two or three people off my back and lighten my load a bit. As far as any other pressing matters are concerened, I have a couple of big projects waiting for me to start, but since it’s Friday, I don’t really feel like starting them today. I’ll jump into Monday with both feet and start hammering out some major tasks. Fridays are for contemplation and sloth!
The party is tonight, I don’t know what it’s going to be like, but I’m still looking forward to it. 
Gramalkin and his wife will be over early to help with the last of the decorations, we’re hoping they bring some additional snacks, because so far we don’t have much more involved than “bar snacks” (pretezels, chips, peanuts, etc).
We’re hoping to have a fire in the fireplace since it’s been so cold and dreary lately, but if the last two nights are any indication, it may not go too well, I’ve never been a very good fire builder. We’ll have to see what can be done about that, there should be at least one or two pyro’s at the party that would be willing to help. Unfortunately we just have the one load of wood. We did get marshmallows though, just in case we get something going.
Anyway, it’s almost time for lunch (not that I’m even the least bit hungry, I’ve been snacking on Halloween cookies from a faculty member all morning), so I’m gonna skeedadle!
