Anyone out there know if you can have two copies of iTunes (on different computers of course) pulling all their tracks from the same pile of MP3s (say on a networked drive) without messing up eachother’s playlists or ratings?
The London Symphony Orchestra – May This New Century Be Yours – The League of Extraodrinary Gentlemen
Thought you all might want a quick sample of what I’ve been working on this past semester in my Grad Photo Studio. This is just one of 600+ photos I’ve taken, and really 1 of 20 or so worth even looking at. I may post more of a sampling at the end of the semester.
I’m trying to run a process on my computer in Photoshop and it’s pretty much not moving anywhere.
And here I thought this phatt G5 would kick some serious photoshop ass.
Me and my stupid experiments.

1. Open iTunes or Winamp or whatever
2. Hit shuffle.
3. Find photos of the first 10 artists/bands that come up [no repeats and no cheating].
4. Have people guess who the artists/bands are.
So this weekend, I finally got to watch what could possibly be one of my top ten movies of all time.
Oros finally loaned me Unleashed and I loved it more than I probably should! It was so good on so many levels. The action in it was brutal! I actually flinched on some of the hits, I don’t think I’ve ever seen punches portrayed as hitting so hard without some kind of extra supernatural power. But then, also, the story was intriguing, as were the characters involved. Jet Li played Danny so perfectly, I actually felt for him at every moment. The cinematography was fantastic, as was the editing. I felt like I was watching something beautiful, even though, at its heart, it was a pretty basic action, kung fu movie.
And then, of course, there was the Massive Attack soundtrack.
It really was good.
I cried.

Friday Friday Friday!
This Friday we will be gathering once again for our bi-weekly movie night.
On the block this time around: Straight To Hell – A Spaghetti Western style film populated by rare talents and punk rock stars from the mid 80’s. Yeah, it sounds pretty messed up, but its entertaining and funny.
Please post a reply if you intend to show up so I know whether to bother vaccuuming or not.
