this envelope had no credit card in it when I recieved it. that mark on the right is printed on it.

Call USPS Im sure they would want to know that BOA isnt paying for that.

Isn’t paying for the hoax/scam/spam/etc. The postage mart says BOA paid for this letter but I seriously doubt they would sponsor a scam like this. Makes me wonder if a disgruntled employee stole a mass of envelopes and was having some “fun” one weekend.
There was still a “Pre-Qualified” offer in the envelope, just no card. I doubt it was some one time thing, I’ve been getting these for months.
