What the hell, I’m bored and it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these :

the story behind your livejournal user name: Its actually quite lame. One of my favorite movies of all time is Nightbreed and one of my favorite characters in the movie is Peloquin. When I first started signing on to forums and bulletin boards, Kacey (amazingly enough) was already taken, so I started using Peloquin (this was also back when I was a little more gothic). It stuck and I’m too lazy to change it now.

four words that sum you up: creative, moody, caring, hopeful

describe your …
wallet: It holds all my monetary stuff, but doesn’t really fit in my pocket. I leave it behind a lot because I hate to carry it.
hairbrush: The fingers on my hands.
toothbrush: Medium
jewelry worn daily: Three earrings, one other body piercing, and my wedding ring.
pillow cover: they rotate, just like the sheets, but they’re pretty much all Jersey sheet.
blanket: A blue loose knit blanket from Target
coffee cup: A sliver, 16oz. 7/11 Travel cup.
tea cup: “I’ll kill you with my teacup.”
glasses: yes. smallish, squarish, metal frames.
shoes:Brown and Tan leather shoes that look a lot like Bowling Shoes.
handbag: This seems a bit gender biased, but I do carry a Black Leather “Man Purse” for all my portable electronics that have become less than portable due to sheer numbers.
favorite shirt: I have a new black, Hawaiian style shirt that I really like, with bit orange flowers.
tattoos: shoulder: a mayan looking skull logo from an Oingo Boingo album.
hair: Shortish, brownish. Usually disheveled (see hairbursh)

who or what (was/is/are) …
in my mouth: spit? teeth? my tongue?
in my head: nothing. working the desk in the lab is pretty mind numbing.
after this: I’ll be sitting here bored again for another 30-45 minutes.
talking to: My wife on ICQ
eating: Nothing, but looking forward to lunch (if I get to go)
person you wish you could see right now: My wife, heatherejcHeather
is next to you: My “man purse” on the left, full of DVDs and the door to the lab on the right.
some of your favorite movies: too many to mention; off the top of my head… Pitch Black, Big Trouble, Big Trouble in Little China, The One, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
something you’re looking forward to in the upcoming month: this was such a big month, I’m looking forward to things maybe slowing down a bit. I am looking forward to seeing how our Garage Sale effects our budgeting.
something that you are deathly afraid of: spiders? I dunno. I’m not really deathly afraid of anything, though I have lots of fears.
do you like candles: absolutely… I wish we had more.
do you like hot wax: no. not as a fetish, not at all. I hate it when candles spill over onto things.
do you like incense: absolutely… but so many people are bothered by it, I try not to burn it too often.
do you like the taste of blood: strangely enough, yes.
do you believe in love: absolutely… every day I believe in it all over again.
do you believe in soul mates: In a manner of speaking.
do you believe in love at first sight: yes, but not in the normal way people think of it.
do you believe in heaven: I’m not religious at all, so I don’t really ponder it. though love is Heaven on Earth.
do you believe in forgiveness: More than most.
what do you want done with your body when you die: In all honest? I want to be dumped in the woods, but since that’s illegal, I’m not too concerened, I’ll be dead at the time. Hell, give me to some necrophiliacs.
who is your worst enemy: People who are too caught up in their own moral judgements to see the good in others.
if you could have any animal for a pet, what would it be: I love my doggies, but if they were a bit more controllable, they’d be the perfect pets.
what is the latest you’ve ever stayed up: I can’t quite remember, I was very tired at the time.
can you eat with chopsticks: very much so, my mommy taught me.
what are 5 cities you wouldn’t mind relocating to: I wouldn’t want to live in a city, but maybe near: Hartford, New York (definitely outside of), Chicago, Atlanta, San Fransisco
what are some of your favorite pig out foods: Cheetos, Fritos, any chip that ends in “tos” actually, snack meats (like peperoni) and cheeses on crackers.
what’s something that you wish people would understand: Most people are inherently good, and you have to look past all their flaws to find merit in them. Though some people are flawed to the point that they won’t let you see the good in them.
anyone you miss that you haven’t seen in a long time: Shawnti (sorry Heather), I have some unsaid things that need to be said and she just hasn’t been able to hear me.

It’s been a while?

One hour is not a while… it is an hour. *grin*

Re: It’s been a while?

I meant since I’ve done one of these “who are you, answer a bunch of questions” type quizzes. The other Meme didn’t really count, it wasn’t that involved (well, except the friggin math).
