My dream last night was about having to make a public announcement, a grand re-opening of some theater or somesuch. I was nervous through the whole lead up to it, but I knew the script almost blind. I was afraid I was going to have to give the address in front of the audience and couldn’t have my script in front of me, so I was trying to memorize it. I also didn’t make any notes such as the names of the special guests (they were “friends” of mine) or other details that were apt to change during the preparations for said event or whatever.
When it finally comes time to do my job as the Emcee, I find out I get to be behind stage with a P.A. system. As soon as I start talking, even though now I can look at my script, I screw everything up.
Wierd.
