As I was waking up this morning, I rolled over in bed a little odd and, you know how you can get a crick in your neck that’s just abolutely unbearable? I got one in the center of my BACK. Sheesh, it was only 8:00 on a Saturday, but I was pretty much forced to get up because there was no position in which I would ever fall back asleep in.

Oh, and the computer’s still running fine. Not a single hiccup or lock-up since 6pm yesterday.

Just one final status report as I pass out in my chair. It appears that that RAM stick was the culprit because I’ve literally been doing EVERYTHING with this computer (except porn and illegal music downloads, haven’t gotten that back on yet) since about 6:00 and there hasn’t even been a flicker.

Also, as a happy sunny side thought, I always love the feel of a newly built system, it feels like driving on a freshly paved road.

Good night folks…

Just a quick note to all you Semagic users. There is a plug-in to allow Semagic to detect Windows Media Player 9 for the current music. It really works! Thank god! No more copy and pasting the track titles into the music field…

A quick update, just because I can…

I’ve been working on “The Beast” since about 3:00 when I finished my phatt Mi Casita lunch and, well, there were some rocky points, but it almost seems like this fucker’s gonna fly. I haven’t had a lock up since 5:58 and I’ve been using it non-stop. started swapping out RAM and that may have done the trick. I dunno yet, I may not have tripped the right trigger yet either. Everyone cross your fingers and we’ll see what this baby can do.

“These go to Eleven”

“One Point Twenty One Giggawatts!?”

“When this baby hits 88 Miles Per hour, your going to see some serious shit…”

I got 20 minutes and my finger’s getting better.

I haven’t been posting much lately, and I feel really bad about that. It’s a combination of things.

the things (aka: whining endlessly)

too cute to post behind a cut…

You know what game I miss?

that arcade game, Rampart, which was like part Tetris and part, uh, totaly destruction!

Does anyone know of a downloadable shareware/freeware game similar to Rampart? It’d be even cooler if you could multi-play over a LAN.

Hey, you programers, get to work!

Does anyone have any idea what this is referring to and how to contact them? I so want to follow this up, but I can’t find any more information on it than this:

Description : I am casting an animated series being produced in the anime art style.
I need mostly girls, about 8 all college age except for 2 age 40-50,4 Guys need to be all college age except one age 30-40.
The series is a standard 26 episode season with each episode lasting the traditional 22 minutes. The show is targeted at the anime fandom community as well as the mainstream and is rated PG-13, target audience is ages 16 to 30. We are looking to keep a moderate buget as we already have several big names hired for the main cast. We prefer to work with those who have experience in anime voice over, those without experience we would prefer to have attended an acting school.
We do not accept applications from union actors.
Audio will be recorded at a sound stages in LA and Dallas ONLY.

If you know anything and want to help me out please reply or email me in private.
