What new rockband instruments?? Is there anything better than what they have now with the drums, guitar and mic?
Rock Band 2 is coming out in September and they will be upgrading the instruments though there’s nothing really wrong with the old ones…
In short:
The new guitar has quieter fret buttons and a more reactive strummer, also, it has an integrated synchronization feature to help make the tv and the game stay as synchronized as possible (really only necessary if you have a LCD or Plasma TV)
The new drums have quieter pads and velocity control (which will detect how hard you hit the pads) and also have the capability of adding three extra “cymbal” pads.
Both the new guitar and drum set will be wireless as well.
I’ll be buying a second guitar when they release, mostly just to have two guitars (since right now I only have one), and I was just hoping to get the new and improved version. Having my 11 month old and the occasional 18 month old wander around the house while we play is starting to wreak havoc with the cables.
