A friendly reminder to all you people who carry around important files on those little thumb drives.
Be sure to have a copy of all that important information in other, alternate, locations. Multiple locations even. They are not sacred and they are not impervious to physical and digital harm. Too often I have to tell people that their data is corrupt and there is no way to retrieve it.
Please make sure your files are safe and secure.

Thanks for reminding, I haven’t backed mine up in over a year… not that my data is all that important.
I need to do that… back up my external drive to more than oneo ther place. I would probably cry for a year if I lost my patterns and files!
