bored and grumpy today. I have been more or less defeated by some printers for the last two days and I’m no longer willing to fight them today. Maybe I’ll go back to it tomorrow. I am trying to set up the B&W printers in the lab more efficiently this semester using a print management software, but the manual is useless and no one else on campus is using it the same way I am. I’m frutrtrated and tired of tinkering with it. I email their support people and I think I’ve been given the cold shoulder on it.
Bah.
I’m getting tired of CoH as well, I fear. I can’t seem to spend more than a half our or so on it at a time. After one mission I’m usually bored and I’m ready to do something else. Problem is, I really don’t have many other games to play instead. I have some single player games, but they usually just make me feel lonely. I don’t want to plunk down the initial $50 investment on another MMORPG, I just want to be able to hang out with friends in person or over the internet and feel like I still have some semblance of a connection with them.
Why do these games feel like they need to charge you $50 to start off playing even if they’re gonna charge you $15 every month after that. I think a $25 initial payment would be more reasonable in light of the long term investment you’re making. I’d love to play some other MMORPGs but not feel like I’m dumping $50 just to see if my friends are going to hang out on that one for long enough to be worth it.
There are two houses near me for rent. Won’t someone I know move in near me so I can hang out with someone without having to drive all over friggin North Texas? Gas is expensive and I’m lazy.

Neverwinter Nights?
Have you tried NWN? It’s free and there’s some REALLY good servers around…
Re: Neverwinter Nights?
yeah. I enjoyed playing it on LAN, but I never really enjoyed playing it on a server…
We’re right down the street and my hubby and a I seem to share your interest in video games…
