Looks like Benji (or Ben to most everyone he knew). If it is in fact him, he has short hair now and I believe works in the Registrars office.

Yeah, we took those the day before he got his hair cut.
Oh, and to everyone else who answered, I know exactly who he is and where he works, I ate dinner with him Sunday night. I was just commenting on the fact that he looks so different now without the hair. 😉
