Ow Ow Ow, I’m all achy today, but not from working out at the gym. I’m pretty sure it’s from the surplus run we did yesterday where we moved 50+ computers and a ton of surplus computer equipment (printers, servers, monitors, etc.) to the surplus warehouse. I’m convinced it’s from that because the muscles and joints that ache are not the ones I worked out at the gym yesterday. They are, however, the ones I’m supposed to work out tonight and I’m debating blowing off, since I got two workouts yesterday.
Ouch.
